Our team will be set up in the wrestling gym your organization is typically practicing in.
Please follow instructions listed:
- Parent/ Guardian will fill out your athletes order form on site (Please bring a filled out form for faster service)
- Payment will be taken on day of event. Payment methods: Cash (preferred due to low wifi), Venmo,

- Our RG Interns will sign off on your form, take payment and give your form back to you.
- You will hand your form to your athlete and they will get in the photo line and hand their form to the photographer on site once they are next in line.
- Our RG photographer will keep your order form after your Childs photoshoot.

Your Team photos will created with individual images:
- 1st pose: Team Pose
- 2nd pose: Image purchased/ asked of parent or guardian
- If a 3rd pose is needed, please let your photographer know ahead of time.

Each package is created specifically for your needs based on past orders. If you would like to order a la carte items on your child's media day and order more later on, that is perfectly fine.

Our photography team will be capturing your athletes on January 17th, 2026 12 pm - 530 pm.
We are aware your athletes are entered into a tournament on that date, so we will work diligently to get through the process as fast as possible. Each Child should need 5 minutes for 2-3 poses.

**Payment, order form have always taken more time than images. Please come prepared with payment (cash is the easiest due to potential low wifi) and order form filled out for a faster process.
